An unassuming store that serves fairly decent lanzhou beef noodle soups. Has a nice clear and flavourful broth (though not as punchy as some others I've had in other cities). Well cooked beef shin slices and generous amounts as well. You get to choose the thickness of your noodles (5 to choose from) and the hand-made noodles are quite well done with a good spring to its texture. Their tea egg is also done reasonably well. They also have a selection of cold side dishes which I didn't get around to try. Definitely a place I would revisit.
Rustic very authentic noodle place. Noodles themselves was fantastic, just the right amount of chew and mouth feel. Soup was simple. Service is so so as is decor but as I said. Authentic! Will have to come back and try some of the other dishes.
Wonderful, completely fresh noodles and delicious beef. This place is awesome, great quality and quantity at an easy price. Make sure to help yourself to the chili oil and lime water!
A slightly tacky and generic city eatery name - best noodles in town. But it absolutely stands up to that name. Best Lanzhou style ramen - even better than many you can find in China. Went in not too hungry, end up adding extra noodles!
The only Lan Zhou pulled noodle place in Canberra as far as I know. If you are looking for the traditional Lan Zhou noodle or just great Chinese Ramen in general this is the place.
