An unassuming store that serves fairly decent lanzhou beef noodle soups. Has a nice clear and flavourful broth (though not as punchy as some others I've had in other cities). Well cooked beef shin slices and generous amounts as well. You get to choose the thickness of your noodles (5 to choose from) and the hand-made noodles are quite well done with a good spring to its texture. Their tea egg is also done reasonably well. They also have a selection of cold side dishes which I didn't get around to try. Definitely a place I would revisit.

A gem. So lucky to have places like this in Canberra. Friendly and delicious. We had the ‘triangle’ noodles in classic beef soup and also the poached chicken side dish that comes in chilli sauce on a bed of cucumber - so simple but really great :)

Love the hand-made noodles! The entrees are delicious. Highly recommend. Not the best picture but still delicious! Abu dace of chili oil!

Hand made noodles. The thinner the softer. Though tastes a bit blended, it evokes some nostalgia Glad to see the cook believe in what they make

Rustic very authentic noodle place. Noodles themselves was fantastic, just the right amount of chew and mouth feel. Soup was simple. Service is so so as is decor but as I said. Authentic! Will have to come back and try some of the other dishes.
